A simple marketing strategy for nursing programs is to include printed rack cards. The Columbus School of Practical Nursing is a nationally accredited 12-month program offered through the Columbus City Schools Department of Adult and Community Education. After 60 years of excellence, the nursing program had experienced a significant decline in student enrollment and called upon Linear Creative to help fill their class seats. As part of an integrated marketing campaign that included paid online ads, social media marketing, and a dedicated landing page, we produced rack cards and building signage targeted at a young but diverse audience. In a few short weeks, we doubled the nursing program’s enrollment and increase its number of male nursing students by about 20 percent.
